This image was taken at sunrise in cold so severe, I could not feel the shutter button and batteries went into my pocket after two shots. Pueblo Bonito is a very large Anasazi ruin shaped like a the letter "D" and remains over four stories tall in some places. It contains 600 rooms and 40 kivas. The long straight side of the D points to sunrise and sunset at the solar equinox.
