After traversing the Wild Horse Canyon, a slot canyon, for about an hour, this pool appeared to block further progress. If not blocked, it's possible to traverse up the length of Wild Horse Canyon and then return down Bell Canyon. There were places in this canyon that required one to turn sideways to navigate its narrow width.
