Prince Rupert is just south of the Alaskan panhandle on the Pacific coast. It is one of the world's best deep water ports, receiving goods bound for much of Canada. The mouth of the Skeena River opens into this body of water. The Skeena River valley is the source of some of the Canadian Rocky photos.
